Built by a dad for Berlin families

I am a dad with a young son. When we were looking for a swing where he could sit safely strapped in, I quickly discovered how difficult it was to find Berlin playgrounds online by details like this.

That personal search became KinderMaps. I wanted to create a place where parents can find playgrounds and see exactly which equipment and facilities are available.

Restaurants and cafés came later. After a bad experience where a restaurant told us that children were not welcome, it became clear that family-friendly places to eat should be easier to find too.
